Wingin' It; Salad Birdies for Mama

Most days I don't have time to use my fancy veggie cutters, but I had a few carrots cut with a bird vegetable cutter prepped in advance, so I was able to add them on in a jiff!

GF Glutino pretzel chips, Equal Exchange tamari almonds, cinnamon popcorn with roasted coconut, organic salad (lettuce, cabbage, mixed greens, carrots, strawberries, tomatoes, sunflower and chia seeds, hemp hearts, raisins, dressing)

Tuesday, 9/10/13 - In my pack of mixed greens, some of the leaves looked a lot like bushes or trees, so I saved a few to arrange on top to make a garden.

Organic lemon cucumber w/salt, GF Glutino pretzel chips, tamari almonds, organic salad (red
lettuce, cabbage, mixed greens, carrots, strawberries, sunflower and chia seeds, hemp hearts, raisins, dressing)
Wednesday, 9/11/13 - Our weekly trip to the farm is usually Wednesday afternoons, so I was out of tomatoes until later that day. So the leaves and strawberries had to make do. Sort-of gardeny, yeah?
