gluten-free "Wheat Thins" for the MOMables blog, and naturally messed them up by over-cooking them. The girls didn't mind at all, though. They were a big hit! But I thought that softening them up with something moist, like peanut butter and jelly, would help counter-act the hard-as-rock-ness. (Tip: gluten-free baking doesn't "golden" like gluten foods do! Don't over-cook, yo!)
