The Pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow!

Tuesday, 3/18/14 - Just for fun the day after St. Patty's, I made the girls some rainbow lunches. The dye-free rainbow candies came from Fred Meyer, from Kroger's Simple Truth natural store-brand, surprisingly.

Organic grapes and cauliflower w/DF Ranch, GF PBJ sandwich w/dye-free candies and cotton candy, chocolate coin

I used a rainbow cookie cutter for the sandwich bread, and used some peanut butter to "glue" on the candies and dye-free cotton candy. Lunch was packed the night before, but I saved the cotton candy until right before we left in the morning.

In her cauliflower "cloud," there is some dairy-free Ranch dressing hiding underneath.

Little Sis just got a single-slice open-face rainbow, and I made a tiny sandwich "pot" from the scraps.
