Glutino GF chocolate-covered pretzels, Ranch, GF pizza-mozzarella-olives, sugar snap peas w/carrots, pomegranate arils

I already had a few organic carrot coins cut with a sakura flower veggie cutter, so I just added them in with the organic sugar snap peas.

To help fill the space to make the pomegranate arils look like a larger serving, I put a silicone flower cup in that compartment. And a butterfly ring cupcake topper for fun!
As a last-minute addition, I put a few Glutino gluten-free chocolate-covered pretzels in a mini silicone muffin cup - not only do they look a bit like butterflies (which Z totally got!) but they helped fill up some empty space! Haha!

To make the skewers, I used a mini flower cutter on a slice of gluten-free pizza from Naked Pizza (yum! And everything there is all-natural - even the fountain drinks!) I made more flowers out of organic mozzarella cheese, and used a smallish straw to cut holes in the center, so the cheese wouldn't split like it normally does if I just jam it onto a pick. And some black olive halves alternated in, because she loves olives.
I had more than enough pizza and cheese to fill the butterfly skewer, but not enough for a second one (plus I could only find the one! Ack!) so I put the rest onto a smaller flower cupcake pick. Ranch dressing in the Mini Dipper instead of pizza sauce, since she likes it better that way.

Little Z loved her butterfly lunch, and ate pretty much everything (except the pea pods. She just eats enough to chew through to the peas on the inside. And she said she could tell it was a butterfly theme, "because the pretzels kind of looked like butterflies a little." Thanks, kid!
