MOMables Monday - Healthy Valentines Lunches

I made Ten Real Foods Valentines Treats for a post on the MOMables blog, then rolled them (and the scraps) into lunches for the girls and me. A simple and healthy way to make a fun Valentine's lunch!

Lunch for My Big Valentine
GF chocolate PB sandwiches, granola bar, goat cheese; organic blood orange, cucumber,
carrot, apple, strawberries, water with fruit ice cubes (organic strawberries and blueberries)
I used mini heart cutters of various sizes on all the foods, and a heart ice mold for the ice.

Lunch for My Little Valentine
GF chocolate PB sandwiches, granola bar, goat cheese; organic blood orange, cucumber, carrot, apple, strawberries
Little Sis got the same stuff. Nom nom.

Valentine Lunch for Mama
Organic mango and blueberries, DF "cheesy" sunflower seeds, Sunbutter on GF purple rice crackers, organic
salad (Romaine, carrots, cucumber, sweet peppers, tomatoes, hemp hearts, chia seeds, rosemary vinaigrette)
Since neither girl likes peppers, I put the ones I'd cut for the MOMables post on my salad instead, along with the scraps and cucumber rings. And some tomatoes I attempted to make into hearts too. Only they were all stupid little jerks, and just looked like blobs.

The mango was scraps from previous lunches, and I was able to cut a few hearts out of what was left.
